Railway Budget 2011: Special concessions for disabled
Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee offered special concessions for the physically challenged .
"At present, physically handicapped persons are not entitled for concessions on Rajdhani and Shatabdi trains. It is proposed to extend the concession facility to them in these trains also," Banerjee said while presenting her third budget in the Lok Sabha.She also promised better accessibility at stations for the physically challenged.
