வணக்கம். இம்மாத இதழ் பார்த்தேன். மாற்றுதிறனாளிகளுக்கு ரயில்வே நிர்வாகம் செய்ய வேண்டிய பல பணிகள் குறித்து விளக்கமாக எழுதி இருந்தது நிறைவாக இருந்தது. மாற்று திறனாளிகள் ஆன்லைன் மூலம் சலுகை பயணச் சீட்டு பெறவும் உடனடி நடவடிக்கை தேவை. பதிவு செய்யும் போது அரசு வழங்கிய தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை விவரத்தை அதில் பதிவு செய்து, பயணத்தின்போது ஒரிஜினலை ரயில்வே பரிசோதகரிடம் காட்டும் விதமாக அது இருந்தால் மிகமிக பயனுள்ளதாக அமையும். அதற்கும் தாங்கள் ஆவன செய்ய வேண்டுகிறேன்.
மேலும் எல்லா மாநில மற்றும் மத்திய அரசு அலுவலகங்களிலும், எங்கெல்லாம் வரிசையில் நிற்க வேண்டியுள்ளதோ அங்கெல்லாம் மாற்று திறனாளிகளுக்கு என தனி வரிசை வேண்டும். குறிப்பாக மின் வாரிய அலுவலகம், வங்கிகள், மாநகராட்சி அலுவலகங்கள். மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் அலுவலகம் போன்றவற்றில் இது அவசியமாகிறது. தற்போது மற்றவர்களின் தயவை எதிர்பார்க்க வேண்டியுள்ளது.

1) Regarding exclusive colleges for hearing impaired persons, kindly notify in your next issue about the Kalasalingam University, Krishnankoil, Srivilliputhur Via, Virudhunagar District where B.Tech course of engineering students - 6 years programme after 10th standard - called SHIP (Speech and Hearing Impaired Persons) started during 2007. This is an unique programme first in Asia for deaf people.
2) Kindly take up the two issues with the government authorities - one is that internet booking facility for disabled persons should be provided. As of now they need to go to railway counters in persons to avail concessional tickets.Secondly, National Identity Card issued by Government of India must be accepted as identity for ticket booking in railways.
